We pride ourselves on achieving one goal: the creation of Simplicitex, the best company to work for! Founded in 2019, today we already have two locations but with one large, unified team. We are one of the first companies to implement the Aequacy organizational model, increasingly focusing on the individual and breaking away from traditional business practices. We are the first in Albania to have obtained the GPTW Italy certification.
Simplicitex’s mission has been to create harmony on the professional and social sides of the individuals who make it up, so that every collaborator can develop their own career and express their talent. Simplicitex’s activity is focused on managing human capital in all its aspects, as a key factor in helping businesses gain a competitive advantage in the market.
