Q: What excites you about HCM?
A: Its mission. I was looking for a company that cares about its people and I believe that HCM is that kind of place. The company's culture and values really resonate with me. I appreciate the focus on professional development and giving back to the community.
Keeping a fun vibe, while still being professional at the right moments is what makes me love it. I’ve never been a fan of taking things in life too seriously. It’s a common misconception that you need to be serious and strict in order to succeed in business.
I truly believe that HCM can make a difference in the HR community and it’s a place where I can not only grow my career, but also make a positive impact in the world.
Q: What is your favorite cocktail?
A: The iconic, yet simple, gin and tonic. It was originally prescribed as a medical treatment, and I guess we can all agree: this timeless drink really does cure all ills. Except hangovers 😛
