Q: How did you get into this field / What's your background?

A: I understood that HR would be my profession in 2012, when I began my training at some of the most famous and serious institutions in this field. When I was studying, I didn't notice whether it was day or night, and when I started working, I never took a lunch break. I got lost in the calculations and in imagining how much hard work and responsibility there was behind it.

My fascination with equations and numbers can also be explained by my choice to study Economics at one of the most prestigious Italian universities, but I discovered the sensitivity I had towards people behind every number in the field of Human Resources.

When I saw an employee's monthly salary, I imagined that behind each person, there was a head of a family who wakes up every morning sacrificing their time with their children, or a woman who works every day to achieve her goals even if she's not appreciated, or even a son who proudly contributes to the family's income and has sacrificed so much to be able to study.

Even today, I don't notice the time passing while I'm working, whether it's day or night, with or without a break. It's been about 10 years, and I continue to do this job with the same passion and with the mission to contribute responsibly, sensitively, and empathetically to people's growth.

Q: What are your hobbies/passions outside of work?

A: Oops...why am I still thinking about my job? Most likely because I do it with passion...I know I'm boring: P

My hobby is cooking. There I go, being boring again. I also enjoy dancing, even though I haven't done it in a while, and playing volleyball, even though I'm only 1.53 meters tall 😊

😊 After the pandemic, I've been getting lost in painting and losing track of time - even though I have to confess that I got my lowest grade in this subject in all my years of schooling, starting from elementary school.

Traveling is my obsession, like a true Sagittarius.

Q: If you could go anywhere, where would your next vacation be?

A:It's important to be happy and with the people you love. For my next vacation, I'll be changing diapers (a moment I've been dreaming of for years). However, I must confess that I have the goal of visiting all the capital cities in Europe.
