Q: What excites you about HCM?
A: "The thing that excites me the most is our company culture; we are one of the first companies in Europe to implement a new organizational model. Today, I can confirm that without the AEquacy model, this company would not be as wonderful to experience: no walls, because walls divide; no hierarchy, because hierarchy limits. The organization of Simplicitex is not vertical, it's not horizontal; it's organic. And it's no coincidence that AEquacy, even to the naked eye, is the organizational form most similar to the biology of a living organism."
Q: What would you choose? Van by the river, cabin in the woods, bungalow by the beach, condo in the city, or shack in the mountains?
A: "It depends on the situations, of course, I can't spend my whole life in a camper. 😛 but for a few days, I'd be happy to. Since I was born in a country near the sea, if I had to choose, it would certainly be the sea."
