Neriman Cekorja
Q: How did you get into this field / What's your background?
A: I chose economics because I was sure it would be a field that will help me make everyday life decisions in a better way and it would teach me to understand how money works and how to use my resources optimally. For these reasons, when I was 18, I decided to study Economics and Banking Sciences and after that, Finance at the University of Siena "Richard Goodwin".
Q: What's your favorite movie and why?
A: "Life is beautiful" is my favorite movie with my favorite Italian actor Roberto Benigni. Anyone who has watched this movie, can think I am a forever drama person: P, but I don’t think so. I love this movie because of its brilliant choice of making a holocaust story seem like an enjoyable game in the eyes of a child.
Q: What are your hobbies/passions outside of work?
A: As a mum of a toddler, this past year my hobby or better say my dream is to sleep and sleep and sleep :). But, considering that I am not so lucky, during this busy year of my life I found out that my new passions are cooking and washing the dishes (who would ever think of that), but yesss it relaxes me and makes me have some "me time", making plans and dreaming about the future, listening to my favorite music in the background (it's not that bad ;))
